Hand Picked, Locally Sourced, and Garden Fresh: Milwaukee Chophouse Stands Apart From Your Typical Midwestern Steak House

By Paul Rowe

It's not just about steak. Service and attention to detail separate Milwaukee Chophouse from other steak houses.

A traditional steak house with contemporary flair, Milwaukee Chophouse specializes in tender steaks, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine selection. Presentation and flavor combine to elevate customer experience to a higher level.

"We pride ourselves on making sure that we make our guests' dining experiences memorable," says General Manager Cristina Gliatis. "We recognize and appreciate our regular patrons by taking note of their anniversaries and birthdays, and when they dine with us we always send out a lovely dessert to help celebrate their day."

Chophouse private dining rooms are the perfect settings for wedding rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, business meetings, and anniversary or birthday gatherings. The Chophouse provides custom event planning to ensure one of a kind dining experiences.

From delicious Poblano Remoulade Crab Cakes, to the signature Chophouse Salad, all the way down to Striped Sea Bass, there is something special on the menu for everyone. All cuts are hand selected daily by local suppliers, including Scavuzzos steaks, Breckenridge Farms pork, and Strause veal. Seafood is flown into the Chophouse from the coast to ensure freshness. Vegetables and fruits are sourced from local growers whenever available, and patrons are lucky to taste the difference.

"Our Sous Chef, Brian Atkinson, has grown our very own garden filled with wonderful ingredients," says Gliatis. "He personally tends to this garden and hand picks the ingredients that he uses in our dishes on a daily basis."

The Berkshire Pork Chop and Short Rib Gnocci are dishes to die for, while the broiled Lobster Tail rounds out the menu with lemon and drawn butter. The grilled salmon featuring spinach and cilantro-lime Beurre Blanc shines bright on any menu, while all the steaks are finished with Maitre d' Butter. Whether it's the Bone-In, Dry-Aged Rib-Eye or the New York Strip, these mouth-watering, succulent steaks keep patrons coming back for more.

The Linz Heritage Reserve features personally sourced meats from local farms of the Midwest. Linz Heritage Angus Ranch, developed as a place to raise purebred black-angus cattle, provides an excellent source of authenticity: the results are smoky, flavorful, and succulent.

Milwaukee Chophouse combines fresh, authentic, locally sourced ingredients with personalized dining to create unforgettable memories for Milwaukee patrons.
