The 24/7 Handyman Keeps Beloit Area Homeowners Happy

By Pamela Sosnowski

Need a piece of furniture assembled orr a sump pump installed? Chances are Terry Nadosy can do the job for you. After 20 years in the construction industry he's done it all, and now offers his services at a reasonable cost to homeowners in the Beloit area as the 24/7 Handyman.

"People choose me over others because they will receive a handyman looking out for their best interest and bottom line," he said. "I am there to help them, not sell them products or work they do not need. My honest work ethic and commitment to providing my customers a true value for their money." His goal, as stated on his website, is to offer quality workmanship, superior customer service and tremendous value to his customers.

For a 12-year period Mr.Nadosy offered his services for free to people that could not afford to hire a general handyman, but he has officially been in business since last year as Handyman247. He works within a 50-mile radius of Beloit, offers reasonable rates, and accepts credit cards as payment. His expertise covers most areas inside and outside of a home, everything from replacing vinyl sliding to installing electrical wiring. His skills include general woodworking, remodeling, and repair as well as plumbing installation, deck replacement, window replacement, and more. He also has basic electrical experience and can install wiring, switches, receptacles, and ceiling fans. He can even sharpen knives and garden tools!

If a customer wants to learn how to do some of the work themselves, he offers a DIY service as well. With Mr. Nadosy, homeowners know exactly what they're getting and how much they'll be paying. "He researched each project and gave me exact quotes and pricing," a satisfied customer said online. "He is very fair and prompt and I know I can depend on him when problems arise." He's been described as multi-talented, friendly, knowledgable, and hard working by his customers.

His Facebook page proudly shows off projects he has worked on which include new fitted windows, hardwood flooring, and shiny new steps added to the outside of an older home. From time to time he offers 25 percent off his services through Groupon and on his company's Facebook page. Treating his customers fairly and making sure they're satisfied gives his business a good chance to flourishing for several years to come.

"Everything I do for them, I do to exceed my customers' expectations," he said. "Pride in my work shows with the quality of work they receive. The customer service does not end after the job is complete, I do call them to see if they are satisfied with the work done and if there are any problems that need to be addressed. [I'm] always going the extra mile."
